Buyers: We meet for a short Buyer's Consultation to discuss the buying process, learn as much about you as possible, and optimize your search to ensure you won't miss a single listing.
Sellers: We begin with an interview on the phone so I can learn as much about the seller's situation and property as possible. We then schedule a time to view the property, discuss the selling process and marketing plan, and review a market analysis. After this, we can set up a game plan to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

I enjoy socializing and being active. I grew up in Dubuque, and I love running into old friends in this awesome community. Prior to working in real estate I worked with my Dad doing HVAC and Plumbing. This experience has been very helpful throughout my real estate career which I started in 2012. During my first few years as a Realtor, I was also an associate Real Estate Appraiser where I learned the many nuances of real estate valuation. During my time as a Realtor, I have worked with everything from commercial property and foreclosures all the way up to million dollar homes.
Some of my favorite things in life are spending time with my family and friends, basketball, downhill skiing and biking. If I'm not in the office or showing homes in the summer you can probably find me on the Heritage Trail riding my bike. In the winter I love to sneak away for a week in the Rocky Mountains for a ski trip. My wife Mallory and I are currently learning to be parents to our new baby girl Neillia Jane.
I run my business based on my annual Ninja Selling training which many of my Ruhl and Ruhl colleagues also attend.
